Today I bring a tutorial to make a Tower for Cupcakes.

It’s another very cool way to do it.

In this link is another model that I already shared here on the blog:

  • 3 cake plates (1 each) in large, medium and small sizes
  • 4 Styrofoam cakes in small size for support
  • Satin ribbon, enough for both cake plates and styrofoam cakes
  • Thick paper
  • Glue stick or double-sided tape
  • White glue
  • Reinforced double-sided tape
  • Scissors
  • Pins
  • pencil

Step 1

Start by gluing the 2 styrofoam cakes together, and repeat the same procedure with the other 2.

Step 2

Take the satin ribbon, and wrap it around the Styrofoam cakes with the help of a pin.

You can also glue the ribbon to the styrofoam cakes using the glue stick

Step 3

Secure the satin ribbon with a pin or a small piece of double-sided ribbon. Continue with the rest of the Styrofoam cakes.

Step 4:

Place the cake plates on the paper and with the pencil draw a line around the cake plates.

Cut out the paper circles with scissors.

Step 5

Rub the glue stick all over the cake pan and place the paper circles on top.

Step 6

To fix the satin ribbon around the side of the cake plates use a glue stick or double-sided tape.

Step 7

Now it’s time to assemble the tower. Use strong double-sided tape on the top of the Styrofoam cakes to secure the cake plates, and you’re done.
